Liquid in Bottle Shader used in Fantasy Herbalist Institute: Unreal Engine 5 Environment
This was an addition to the herbalist institute project, I wanted to create a custom shader that I could build upon and use in other projects one where I could dynamically alter the liquid within a bottle or glass. In its current state the shader creates a mask that blocks out part of a mesh that stands in for the inner volume of the container. You can alter the liquid level as well as the physical attributes of the liquid itself. In the future, I plan to add more realism by adding fake motions, bubbles, etc.
